From CI Games comes the latest entry in one of the best-selling sniping franchises of all time, now featuring next-gen graphics, more intelligent NPCs, and a special DLC launch package.
Set in Kuamar, a lawless region located along the Lebanese and Syrian borders, Contracts 2 tasks you with taking down the brutal dictatorship of Bidi Rashida and Omar Al-Bakr. The sequel builds on the open sandbox design of the first game to create a map that allows for extreme long-range sniping and with a large array of weapons and gadgets at your disposal, you can tackle your contracts in your own way.
Along with a launch trailer, CI Games has also revealed today that they have partnered with Twitch streamer Shroud to create a themed sniper rifle and branded weapon skin as part of an exclusive DLC pack that is available now on all platforms. The studio has also recently announced that Contracts 2 will be getting additional DLC content with the first DLC map being free for everyone. The DLC is currently still in development and will have new regions, contracts, and objectives.
Sniper Ghosts Warrior Contracts 2 is out now on PlayStation 4, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, and PC. The PlayStation 5 version has been delayed due to some unforeseen issues during development and it will be available later this year. However, players who purchase the game on PS4 will get a free digital upgrade to the next-gen version when it releases.
