First off, no, the title is not a typo so before we get to MindsEye, let me talk about EVERYWHERE. If you watched last year’s The Game Awards, you will have seen the teaser trailer for a mysterious thing called EVERYWHERE.
What is EVERYWHERE you ask? Well, it is advertised as a new platform that offers a “world of endless possibilities.” Players can build and explore in a vast sandbox with portals that lead to new worlds and experiences. So in a way, it’s a social hub similar to PlayStation Home (RIP) mixed with the creative tools of Fortnite.
EVERYWHERE is set to be in player’s hands later this year on PC with other formats to follow and today we got our first look at one such experience available on the platform.
MindsEye is described as a high-octane AAA action-adventure game set in a futuristic world full of corporations, conspiracy theories, and sinister new technologies. The game is developed by indie developer Build A Rocket Boy (who are also responsible for EVERYWHERE itself), and it is headed by former GTA producer Leslie Benzies.
You can check out the explosive teaser trailer below and you can sign up for EVERYWHERE by clicking here. All the footage seen in the teaser is said to be in-game though the 26-second video doesn’t have much room to showcase gameplay. That being said, it does share a glimpse at the capability and capacity of what can be achieved on this mysterious new platform. What do you think of MindsEye and EVERYWHERE? Let us know down in the comments.
