I hope this helps you keep track of your progress. To any new players here are a few tips to help you further. Firstly, it’s easy to get lost in Boltgun if you aren’t paying attention and there isn’t a map to guide you back on track. Because of this, I would recommend always keeping track of where you’re going and looking out for flags and other environmental clues. The game has a lot of clever design details that often lead you in the right direction. There’s also a servo skull that follows you around you for assistance. The bot can give some hints and point out resources but on the default settings, they flash by before you can finish reading. To fix this, go to the bottom of the accessibility settings and kick the Servo Skull Display Time to Medium.
We did receive a review code for the game on release day (yesterday) so my written review for Boltgun is still a few days away. Until then you can watch me play through the first hour of the game in the VOD below. If you already picked up Warhammer 40,000: Boltgun, let me know down below what you thought about it.
