The Kiki’s Delivery Service-inspired adventure game, Mika and the Witch’s Mountain, from developer Chibig, is set for a full launch on PlayStation and Xbox next week. The game has spent a few months in Early Access on PC along with a Nintendo Switch release in late August last year. Since then, the team has released two of the three planned content patches. These patches include a fishing mini-game, Churro Express Racing, a pet companion, new cosmetics, and more.

The third content patch, Into the Mont Gaun, will be released in the following weeks and includes 3 dungeons to explore, which they claim will have a very similar vibe to the dungeons of The Legend of Zelda games. This patch will be last of the content promised during the game’s 2023 Kickstarter campaign.

Mika and the Witch’s Mountain is a coming-of-age story about an aspiring witch who delivers packages to the townspeople of a small island to save up for a magic broom good enough to go to the top of the mountain. Explore every nook and cranny and soar through the sky with your flying broom.

Mika and the Witch’s Mountain is set to launch on January 22 for PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X|S. Since its initial launch, the game has sold 60,000 copies and for new players, there is a launch discount (30% off on Steam, 25% off on Nintendo Switch (Europe region), and 15% off on PlayStation Plus) for the first few days.
